System Administrator - CUCM

We're looking for a skilled System Administrator with experience working with Cisco Unified Communication/Call Manager to join our team onsite at Offut AFB. In this critical role, you'll help maintain and support cutting-edge telecommunications systems in a fast-paced, high-security environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide reliable end-user support for day-to-day operations.
• Perform installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems, equipment, cabling, and related systems.
• Assist with asset management to track and maintain on-site devices.

What You'll Bring:

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or related field).
• Minimum of 6-12 years of experience in systems administration, hardware/software integration, or similar roles.
• Must have experience installing, configuring, and maintaining CUCM (Cisco Unified Communication Manager)
• Strong experience with system design, development, and testing.
• Proficiency in designing and integrating human-machine interfaces into broader system architectures.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in engineering environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• IAT-Level II Baseline Certification - Security + or similar
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience working in Department of Defense (DoD) or aerospace environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems and testing strategies.
• VOIP experience is highly preferred.
