SA is seeking an experienced Senior Action Officer to provide support to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). To support DARPA and their mission, it is of paramount importance that SA exceed client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to milestones. Of particular importance is the ability to work well in a team environment.
In this role, the Senior Action Officer will assist in the day-to-day coordination and data management that support the Program's mission, including:
• Maintaining a working level understanding of the DARPA organization and its corporate business rhythms, as well as, an understanding of applicable agency policies, instructions, regulations, and guidance;
• Notifying office leadership and management of organization changes and requirements that affect the day-to-day operations of DARPA and its partners;
• Preparing and editing correspondence, reviewing guidance, and distilling information for distribution;
• Ability to provide timely coordination and distill responses from multiple parties with minimal supervision;
• Maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating actions pre- and post-meetings;
• Providing logistics and management support to Executive staff
Qualification Requirements:
Education
• Bachelors Degree; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education
Clearance
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
Experience • At least 12 years of relevant work experience
• Experience supporting senior executives
• Experience preparing and editing correspondence, reviewing guidance, and distilling information for distribution
• Ability to provide timely coordination and distill responses from multiple parties with minimal supervision
