The Senior-Level Cloud Program Manager for GATE-U AWS is responsible for assisting the federal lead executing complex cloud-based projects across various platforms such as AWS and Azure, particularly in FedRAMP and FedRAMP+ environments. This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met while adhering to security and regulatory requirements. The position requires a strong background in project management, particularly in cloud technologies, and aims to drive impactful change for clients through innovative solutions.

Clearance and Location Requirements:

This position is based out of the Washington DC area, 90% telework.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in development and execution of project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that project milestones are met and that deliverables meet requirements.
- Work with the technical team to implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment tools, automated testing, cloud, and container-based environments.
- Manage project risks and issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide project updates to the federal program lead and IT Division Director.
- Manage the procurement and deployment of cloud infrastructure and services.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with cloud service providers, vendors, and GATE-U AWS customers.
Required Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience in project management
- 4+ years of experience managing cloud-based projects.
- 4+ years of experience working in a DHS or other Federal Government environment.
- Experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies (Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, or similar certificates preferred)
- Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for cloud-based solutions
- Familiarity with Agile principles
- DHS suitability and minimum Secret clearance required.
