ServiceNow Engineer
The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to create a technical synergy that will modernize, sustain, and facilitate the ServiceNow application for DoD? As a ServiceNow Engineer, you know the importance of ensuring deploying effective low-code applications to the ServiceNow environment to drive business value for the client. You're eager to apply your ServiceNow technical expertise and work closely with stakeholders to develop creative solutions.
On our team, you'll initiate, design, create, and implement solutions for software integration projects across functions or between organizations that'll directly impact how the DoD leverages ServiceNow. Using flow designer, configurations, deploying access controls, conducting code reviews, providing low-level customizations, configuring business rules and client scripts, and leveraging ServiceNow's performance analytics and reporting capabilities, you'll work alongside software development engineers to integrate ServiceNow Solutions. You'll use applications to plan organize, and conduct integration projects that meet design specifications and standards from inception to completion.
In this role, you'll impact DoD's ServiceNow environment by shaping ServiceNow use cases and taking action upon them to fulfill the organization's needs and improve business functions. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 2+ years of experience with the Department of Defense (DoD)
- 2+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow engineering and development efforts
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Development
- Experience with working on project teams that leverage Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with SAFe, Customer Service Management (CSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Change Management, Service Catalog, Software Asset Management (SAM), Knowledge Management, Document Management, ITSM, and Human Resource (HR)
- Experience working on project teams that leverage Agile and Scrum
- Ability to communicate to facilitate technical discussions and the creation of user stories
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and management
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
