Office Management-Staff Officer Support (OMSO) - Level 3

Duties May include:
  • Perform tracking and management of internal and external taskers.
  • Prepare weekly tasker tracking reports for Source Leadership.
  • Review taskers submissions from Source groups, review for quality and content in answering the questions and compile for a Source level response.
  • Prepare Staff packages for the Source leadership in accordance to tasker guidelines.
  • Generate and update spreadsheets/SharePoint, track deliverables; ensure all appropriate forms adhere to NGA/S guidance and policy.
  • Employs effective written and verbal communication skills to efficiently work with individuals at all levels
  • Perform office level operational support
  • Developing and managing Inter-Agency agreements


Education and Experience

Required:
  • 8 Years of experience
  • 6 Years of specialized experience
  • Academic degrees may be substituted for years of experience, and years of experience may be substituted for academic degrees.
  • For specialized experience, any academic degree substitution must match the career field of the required experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word and PowerPoint) and especially Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to be able to inter-relate and effectively present data metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience in building complex formulas within Microsoft Excel to extract data from large spreadsheets.
  • Demonstrated experience in verbal and written communication and coordination skills to effectively work with individuals at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience with Geospatial-Intelligence sources and methods, and systems/tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with Adobe PDF software.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Demonstrated experience to work independently or with little supervision.
  • Demonstrated written communication skills to support project execution.


Desired
  • Experience supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
  • Demonstrated experience using N-CERTS (or related system) for taskers and inter-agency agreements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with little direction.


Security Clearance:
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance and the willingness to sit for a CI polygraph, if needed
