Marathon TS is looking for a HCM Consultant to support our efforts at DIA: Responsibilities:

- Implement Workday HCM modules
- Provide post-go-live support and enhancements
- Guide clients on HCM configuration and implementation
- Lead data conversion from legacy systems
- Advise on HCM application planning
- Communicate project updates to clients
- Mentor and share knowledge with team
- 2+ years implementing Workday HCM
- Experience with end-to-end HCM implementations
- Deep understanding of HCM configuration
- Workday HCM certification preferred
- Consulting experience with Workday deployment partners
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Ability to learn technology quickly
- Leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Creativity, flexibility, and positive attitude
