Job Responsibilities
Availability Managers oversee all provided IT services and ensure they remain available to the client. This includes desktop, server, network, telephony, and cloud-based services. When a service outage occurs, it is their role to ensure service is restored as fast as possible. This role requires high-level, time-sensitive decision-making while supporting a high-profile large Government client.
Requirements
Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent with 20 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 15 years of experience.
Clearance Requirement
An active TS/SCI with appropriate Polygraph to be considered for this role.

Requirements
- HDI Problem Management certification
- ITIL V3 certification
- Experience with ticket management systems is a plus
- Must be a team player with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Availability for a 2 PM to 10 PM shift
- Some holiday work may be required
