More About the Role:

  • Design and Implementation of EMC based Storage Systems and Brocade/CISCO SAN Fabric Switches based on client requirements
  • Demonstrate a high degree of creativity in performing tasks by identifying, proposing and implementing streamlining activities to reshape technology and processes
  • Migration of Storage Systems from Older to Newer Generation based systems
  • On-going Administration of EMC or similar SAN Storage Environments
  • Perform Troubleshooting of Problems / Errors in SAN Storage Systems
  • Installation and Configuration of new Storage Systems and Environments
  • Conduct Periodic Performance Analysis and fine tune the Overall Performance
  • Plan and Implement Critical Projects in the Storage SAN Technical environment
  • Track Storage Systems' Capacity and Propose Appropriate Measures proactively
  • Work with other cross-functional teams to provide seamless Service Delivery
  • Communicate issues and solutions that may impact the team
  • Provide weekly and Monthly status reports on projects

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI with Poly clearance
  • Minimum of 7 years of overall Experience in IT Services and Systems Management
  • Minimum 3 years of extensive experience in Storage Management
  • Experience designing and implementation of Solutions and Migrations around EMC VNX, Unity, VMAX, Storage arrays
  • Experience with SAN Switch Fabric Administration and Fiber Channel Switch Setup
  • Demonstrated experience with LUN Design and Administration
  • Strong Understanding of data stores and iSCSI
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of Python
