Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee owned company, is searching for a talented candidate to join our Cyber Solutions Group. This person will design, develop, and test firmware for a custom ASIC and Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) embedded processors. This person will actively participate in an integrated design team developing a complex System-On-a-Chip ASIC. This person needs to have innovation, quick learning, excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, and adaptive thinking. They will need to have strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. They must work well in a fast-paced mission-driven environment. This person must work well in a collaborative team environment with government and contractor personnel. There may be some travel associated with this position. Candidate will actively participate with other nationally recognized subject matter experts to develop cutting-edge Anti-Tamper and Cyber Defense solutions required to protect Department of Defense weapon systems. Project will require the candidate to have, or quickly develop, a thorough understanding of the reverse engineering threats facing microelectronic components in modern weapon systems. The candidate must be a quick study with relevant experience in at least 3 of the following areas: advanced 3D Integrated Circuit (3D-IC) technology, secure System-On-A-Chip (SOC) architectures, ASIC development (front-end), FPGA development, secure boot architectures, and/or cryptographic architectures and key management.
+ C/C++ + Assembly + Multicore software development CPU Design + Python + MATLAB + Experience developing firmware for custom CPUs, ARM A15, ARM M3, RISC-V and/or TI C66 DSPs. + Experience developing and testing firmware on a FPGA prototype. + Experience with Hardware Security + Digital Rights Management + Cryptographic algorithms and applications + Active TS clearance
