Cyberspace Intelligence Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Formulate operational Cyberspace intelligence and analytical support plans to meet CCMD strategic and operational level objectives as part of the JFHQ-FWD (EUCOM) staff. Coordinate with JFHQ-C (AFCYBER), JFHQ-DoDIN, and other CYBERCOM components, as required. Assist with the facilitation of support for the development and sustainment of electronic target folders and tactical assessments for Cyberspace operations. Use and collate unique datasets, specialized tools, and network analysis techniques along with multiple intelligence resources to conduct near, mid, and long-term analysis to support the CCMD's mission and depiction of adversary Cyberspace threats. Compose relevant statements for target significance, target description, functional characterization, target expectation, critical target elements, collateral damage considerations, and intelligence gain or loss for all five recognized target types. Develop information sharing and analysis methodologies to enable collaborative relationships. Assist with the development of targeting strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, including demonstrated focus and proficiency in targeting analysis

-8+ years of experience with targeting intelligence analysis or intelligence or academic equivalent

-8+ years of experience with collaborative environments and writing comprehensive and cohesive documents following an organization's standards

-Experience with Joint intelligence preparation of the operational environment (JIOPE) or target systems analysis (TSA) and other ISR-related products demonstrating in-depth intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance expertise

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Completion of Joint Cyberspace Operations Planners Course (JCOPC), Joint Advanced Cyber Warfare Course (JAWC), or equivalent course

-DoDI 8570 Level II Certification, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in an Air Operations Center (AOC), Operations Center (OC), or other service component operational level

-Experience as staff at the Numbered Air Force level or above

-Experience with previous JFHQ or AFCYBER unit assignments preferred

-Experience in analytic tradecraft of continuously accessing, reviewing, collating, corroborating, analyzing, and maintaining a wide variety of all-source intelligence reports, finished intelligence products or reports, and intelligence or operational data

-Knowledge of Cyber operations with an emphasis on AFCYBER capabilities or limitations

-BA or BS degree in CS, Information Security, IT, or Computer Engineering

-Completion of Cyber Intelligence Field Training Unit program
