DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
We are looking for a smart, motivated individual to perform program management duties for the Agile Combat Support (ACS) Directorate Management Operations Division. If you're a program manager with experience in Human Resources (HR) and enjoy tackling challenges, we'd like to talk to you.
Your duties include:
Assist in the use of computer applications (Microsoft Office software suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, as well as Adobe Acrobat and IBM Lotus Forms Viewer to produce databases, spreadsheets, pivot tables, graphics and other specialized products; facilitate the use of standardized automated forms (when required).
Utilize the Air Force Records Information Systems (AFRIMS) and Electronic Records Management (ERM) to ensure Directorate records are properly coded and filed within the Air Force guidelines.
Manage the Directorate Workload Balancing tool, which tracks the programmatic assignment for all ACS personnel.
Oversee the In/Out processing checklist system in SharePoint. Work closely with the SharePoint Administrator to make updates and changes.
Utilize the Records Management Information System (RMIS) to analyze manpower data, make updates and create reports/presentations.
Conduct Unit Manning Document (UMD) analysis to keep continuous comparison against current Acquisition Sustaining Unit (ASU) models and complete analysis documents for Strategic Resource Management (SMR) use.
Utilize Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint application to perform routine schedule and calendar duties, maintain consistency across multiple calendars and schedule to ensure the program executive officer (PEO) and deputy PEO have current information at all times.
Provide a wide range of analytical, technical and support services for management operations functions including, but not limited to, human resources, facilities, security and information technology.
Develop and prepare briefings provide status on management operations initiatives for review and approval by the Division chief.
Compile and analyze data (to include statistical data), prepare findings; identify potential problems and present recommendations to management.
Understand Air Force Smart Operations for the 21st Century (AFSO21) initiative and enable improvement events and actions.
Serve as the Directorate primary or alternate Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act monitor.
Arrange and support various management operations actions to include meeting attendance and preparing meeting minutes.
Ten years of acquisition program management/analysis support experience; three years must be in a Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition program.
Bachelor's Degree in related field can substitute for two years of experience.
Must have experience working in DoD Human Resources/Manpower along with experience analyzing data and creating reports for executive level leadership. Experience with RMIS is helpful.
Must be knowledgeable in the use of (AFRIMS and proficient with the ERM system.
Must have demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint software tools to facilitate successful planning and execution of all meeting and events.
US Citizenship is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain and retain the designated Government clearance SECRET. Must have an active SECRET clearance.
