Clearance Level (Required to Start): Secret

Daily Job Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk.
Conduct analysis in response to Service Desk escalation, monitor tickets to correlate events and incidents for maintaining overall required levels of performance of Service Desk.
Create, update, and transfer Remedy tickets as required to resolve enterprise issues and support end users.
Required Skills:

Windows applications troubleshooting
Outlook (calendar’s, profiles, settings)
General network trouble shooting
Remote Access Services via VPN or Dial Up
Provide first-level and second level general trouble shooting
Preferred Skills:

Customer Service, Soft Skills, and Attention to detail

Degree & Years of Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or 2 years’ experience or a combination of education and experience; preferably in the DoD environment.

Certification Requirements: Security+ or Ability to obtain within 60 days

Travel Requirement: Limited Local Travel
