DSA Inc. is seeking a Project Manager Lead. This is a full time position in Fort Shafter and Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.


The successful candidates will provide recommendations that assist in management and control over theater Army communications system basing transformation initiatives, information management systems architecture, and long-range modernization plans; assist in the development and recommend long-range plans that support theater Army user information systems requirements and architectures meet DOD, joint, DA, and other pertinent operational and doctrinal standards; provide information systems perspectives as part of theater Army and supported GCC strategic planning to align the command's information systems investment strategy per the Clinger-Cohen Act.   


Required Skills:

  • Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) or at least 8 years experience within the last 10 years providing project supervision and management for major program activities. Manages and directs technical project/program personnel to ensure objectives are met with top quality and levels of performance.

  • Must have at least 3 years experience directly providing written evaluations of system concepts, system designs, and system support program proposals with the goal of recommending actions for optimizing system performance to include assisting in evaluations of technical and production performance.

  • IT Level II

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of the USARPAC G6 C&IN mission command operations, programs, and activities including but not limited to: HQ IT Support, Theater SPECTRUM Support, Plans and Exercise Support, Programs and Policies Joint and Coalition Integration Support, and Training Support

Education, Experience & Clearance:

  • B.S. or equivalent Experience

  • PMP

  • Secret Clearance Required
