The Data Management Analyst will provide support to the DDG 51 program and be responsible for the following:
Collect, archive, and conduct real-time/initial evaluation of shipyard production metrics.
Provide CDRL and contract documentation scheduling, tracking, receipt, distribution and coordination.
Utilize CM / DM Database to track, store, and status all changes, ECPs, CSE ECPs, CDRLs, DIDs, MSCRs, RNs, Drawings, PPDs, Serial Letters, Work Specifications, Technical Manuals, and other technical and contract related documents.
Retrieve electronic data submittals from Shipbuilder IDE and other web-based data sites.
Provide quarterly input for SPRs and AFEB for DM Tasks.

Education, Work Experience, Skills and Clearance Requirements:
Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma with at least five (5) years of relevant experience.
Ability to provide program and/or financial management and analytical support including:
Data collection, metrics, and analysis.
Budget development and execution.
Developing, updating, and maintaining program plans and other related documentation.
Preparing meeting minutes, briefings, and other required reports.
Developing and maintaining action item databases.
Coordinating and facilitating meetings.
Ability to effectively communicate (orally and in writing) and interface with customers and other outside agencies.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance verifiable in JPAS.
