Position Title Technical Order Data Analyst (TODA)

Provide information services to library patrons applying documentation control and retrieval techniques.
In Accordance With (IAW) T.O. 00-5-1, the TODO accomplishes all TODO requirements utilizing the approved Air Force Database system. Is experienced utilizing the Air Force Enhanced Technical Information System (ETIMS).
Creates, maintains Technical Order accounts and libraries as required IAW T.O. 00-5-1.
Maintains e-tool accounts, e-tools, and all associated hardware and software.
Receives and maintains Revisions, Supplements, Changes and Time Compliance Technical Orders through the approved Air Force database system. Provides a listing of all Technical Order Changes, Revisions, Supplements, and Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO) to the Contracting Officer Representatives (COR) and all AECOM Personnel as required.
Establishes T.O. sub-account libraries where required. Completes audits of all libraries and documents the findings for inclusion in the Quality Control reporting.
Performs spot checks and audits on all assigned T.O. Libraries, Accounts and Sub Accounts.
Catalog, index, circulate and inventory classified and unclassified documents, periodicals, media, and electronic format files.
Conduct research and investigate sources of special data that may be available in, and out of collection.
Provide information searches for customers.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess:
Knowledge in all phases of TO management, including TO maintenance, page counts and binder maintenance
Ability to instruct technicians of various skill levels on operation of electronic technical orders – clear communication skills are essential.
Knowledge of TODO/TO Library and Advanced TODO training
Planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Library Science and 2 years of job-related experience or equivalent.
Requires operating application software including word-process and spread sheet programs.
Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
Develop and maintain cataloging methodology to facilitate to storage and retrieval of documents stored in the library.
Conduct research and investigations.
Provide recommendations to the customer as to storage conversion and retrieval of existing documentation to electronic format.
Manage daily operation of Information Center.
Conduct on-line document reference service.
