Responsible for coordinating both internal IR&D and Government Program(s) including budgetary and resource management. Serves as a primary customer interface for all matters related to the Program(s). May be responsible for business development within the current customer base and/or for new customers.

Must write and submit reports to the Government. These include reports, ECO's, ECP's, meeting minutes, etc

Must write and submit reports to the AQYR Management staff. These reports include project status reports which would include milestones, financials and critical due dates

Work with the Engineering Team to get regular updates on project status

Applies Program Management and Technical Expertise to generate, coordinate, and validate all program documentation to ensure all aspects of the program are documented appropriately and in compliance with statutory requirements and regulations

Provide program status reporting to appropriate leadership and ensures all levels of management are informed of program activities, issues and accomplishments

Facilitates and coordinates communication between multiple Government and Non-Government Agencies to ensure community understanding and foster stakeholders buy-in/approval

Coordinate with Engineering and Marketing to document well defined requirements in order to help ensure a successful project

Must have Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent experience; PMP Certification is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience.
Experience Desired: 5-10 years of experience in both commercial and military SATCOM.
