Tier 2 Windows tech support for contact resolution - on-call as needed.
Respond to desktop issues, applications, printers, user account security, communications, system policy guidance, manage/ prioritize workload. Provide installation, break/fix and upgrade hardware services for client devices running Windows OS and Mobile Devices (iOS and Android). Responsible for desktop installation, troubleshooting, and McAfee encryption.

YOUR KNOWLEDGE BASE INCLUDES
Impressive diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Disciplined compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent troubleshooting ability and Windows desktop knowledge.
Experience working with a ticketing system. A+ Certification Strong technical troubleshooting skills. 2+ years of hands-on experience (Windows - MAC is a huge plus)
