The purpose of this task is to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform C4IM services
* System Development Lifecycle Support: apply software engineering efforts and programming support required to develop, implement, and maintain DCO custom software applications and hardware that will support diverse sets of disparate data and information sources. Support the building, testing, evaluation, operation, and security of hardware and software system prototypes that demonstrate potential design solutions to satisfy operational and functional requirements for the DCODs and ARCYBER. This shall also include the performance of systems hardware and software integration and testing, to ensure total operational and functional compatibility with interfacing/interacting systems, subsystems, equipment, and computer programs in accordance with DoDI 8510.01 Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Technology (IT).). * ArcSight (Enterprise) or equivalent Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Tool: implement, administer, maintain, and configure SIEM tool to monitor, detect, and respond to threats on supported networks. * Disaster Recovery (DR) and Continuity of Operations (COOP) Capability: participate in and execute DR/COOP capabilities as outlined in the RCC and ARCYBER COOP Plans. The Contractor shall ensure 95% mission capability at an alternate site. The planning and implementation of COOP procedures and Government contingency operations planning for the Army Cyber Operations and Integration Center (ACOIC). The plan will include crisis emergency management (onsite, offsite) (technical, functional), disaster recovery, pre and post emergency operations requirements, and failover management (backup to a secondary system). Provide support to the Government during actual and training emergency operations in accordance with approved COOP to include testing, power outages, and other routine events. Test DR and COOP Plans annually. * Account Management: provide account administration and maintenance for user accounts and Email accounts. Process requests for user accounts on multiple networked systems as well as standalone systems. * SIPRNet Token Enhanced Trusted Agent (ETA): submit new token Requests, create and provide replacement tokens for ARCYBER customers, reset token PIN, request key recovery, request token suspension, request revocation, and request blank tokens IAW local SOP.
* Bachelor's degree * 10+ years of experience, Experience can substitute for education. * Active TS/SCI
