*****THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARDING OF A GOVERNMENT CONTRACT*****

Purpose:

The purpose of this task is to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform C4IM services

Responsibilities:

* Perform computer systems administration duties required for file servers, systems migration, Local/Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN), virtualized servers and desktop (VMWare), NAS/SAN storage and various operating systems software (UNIX, Solaris, Windows 7, Windows Server 2012 R2 and future releases as required) and various cloud environments. Test and develop integration and deployment methods for new hardware and software, perform troubleshooting activities to resolve technical problems on a variety of computer hardware and software and perform maintenance and technical support for ARCYBER servers worldwide.
* Conduct scheduled backups of the site's data (on all networks) in accordance with operational and business requirements. Perform management and operations of the site's Storage Area Network and/or Network-Attached Storage and replication of off-site data IAW standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure data recoverability by implementing a schedule of system backups and database archive operations. Ensure backup processes comply with Government requirements to maintain backups of audit logs for five years. Personnel will be required to complete data backups for the specific systems based upon the tactics, techniques, and process documentation of that system. Although the timing and amount of data varies within each system, the average would be four systems (each system may consist of multiple servers/workstations) backed up on a weekly basis. The breakdown of backup procedures can entail some or all of the following tasks depending upon the situation: a. Work in coordination with the
local backup admin to ensure appropriate backup jobs are run according to schedule b. Restore servers as required. c. Research/recommend new and improved backup methods. d. Manage operation, activities, and services of the ARCYBER environment e. Provide systems administration, troubleshooting, scripting, and security administration of all ARCBYER servers. f. Provide incident and problem resolution. As part of this, contractor personnel will ensure rapid response to field requests and logged incidents. g. Use and create scripts to accomplish tasks when applicable. h. Produce and present comprehensive documentation relating to pertinent issues to team members and management. This documentation will be prepared in accordance with all applicable Army and INSCOM guidance. Required Skills/Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree
* 7+ years of experience, Experience can substitute for education.
* CISSP certification
* Active TS/SCI
