DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
The selected individual shall provide Administrative Support Services including preparing reports, papers and briefings and communications policies and templates. Including the following responsibilities: Plan, organize, and evaluate the organization's training and professional development program for assigned personnel Disseminate training opportunities to target audience to include but not limited to Defense Acquisition University (DAU), Continuous Learning opportunities, Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Space Fundamentals, Civilian Developmental Education, Aerospace and SMC University Support the unit deployment and readiness program in accordance with regulations Assist the government with the Unit Reserve Coordinator Program and ensure Individual Mobilization Augmentees are in compliance with Air Force Instructions. Assist with the organization's Inspector General Self-Assessment Program Assist the government with tracking the organization's military performance reports, feedback forms, military promotion forms, stratifications, and force shaping forms in accordance with regulations Assist with the submission and processing of military and civilian awards and decorations, quarterly and annual awards and special trophies Collect and document requirements for accountable and non-accountable supplies and equipment Assist the government with all personnel management activities; provide guidance and recommendations on completing manpower and personnel documentation; and maintain the unit personnel management roster, organizational charts, Unit Manning Document (UMD) and related organizational rosters Perform the duties of the Functional Area Records Manager (FARM) and coordinate with the Division record custodians Ensure all identified file plans are in Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) and files plans are accurate and in compliance with Air Force Instructions (AFI) BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
5 - 7 years Human Resources/ Military Personnel experience (including experience supporting Space Programs and MS Office)
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy
Proficient with MS Windows and MS Office applications and software US Citizenship is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain and retain the designated Government clearance (Top Secret/SCI). Must have an active TS/SCI clearance. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Livelink, SharePoint and DoD records management procedures.
