Selected individual will participate as a member the ADP Sustainment Operations Asset Management team which manages costs and schedule performance of aircraft Spares, Bonded Stock, and Repair orders. Will perform data mining activities using Shop Floor Manager, SAP, and finance data to identify and analyze negative order variances and trends. Will identify candidates and analyze high impact cost drivers providing recommendations for affordability improvements. Individual will participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPT), which include operations, procurement, supply, and finance, to focus on parts performance analysis/optimization. Individual will identify areas for Product Support affordability initiatives, and perform special data analysis assignments as required. Will retrieve pertinent data to monitor Repair Turn-Around-Time (TAT) performance metrics and participate in the program TAT IPT. Will coordinate assigned tasks with cross functional teams, and effectively communicate project status to Senior Leaders.
Basic Qualifications Candidate must have the ability to multi-task, be proficient with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Must have some knowledge and be willing to become proficient using Shop Floor Manager, SAP, and/or Customer Supply systems as required. Detailed and teamwork orientated individual capable of building relationships with strategic internal suppliers and customers through logistics and aircraft affordability initiatives.
Desired skills Candidate should possess general knowledge of Logistics and Support concepts. Have an understanding of Aircraft Fleet Performance affordability drivers. Understand the internal and external organizational relationships involved in global sustainment of a USAF platform. Have knowledge of Production Operations and Supply Chain Management processes. Possess an excellent analysis background with the ability to research and compile data from multiple sources into concise performance tracking/trending metrics leading to operational optimization and affordability improvements. Proficiency in MS Access is a plus. Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
