Syntelligent is seeking Customer Care Representatives-Tier 1 to support our AWARDED contract at Fort Detrick, MD. While the current workforce has been identified and all billets have been filled, we are seeking candidates to fill our pipeline to maintain consistency of this workforce.
* Primary duties will be to provide 24/7/365 support to US military families, DoD Personnel and the general public. Applicants for this effort will work between the hours of 7:30 and 5:30 M-F (8 1/2 hour shift, 30 minutes unpaid lunch and two (2) fifteen minutes paid breaks). * Primary responsibilities include: answering and responding to inbound calls/email/faxes in a timely and professional manner. * Ability to handle potentially sensitive calls with respect. * Properly document interactions in the appropriate tracking system, escalating issues that cannot be resolved in a timely manner, sustain currency of work instructions and related process changes.
* Must be a US Citizen * Must have experience working in a customer service or call center environment * Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred in any discipline * Experience with a ticketing system a plus * Active Secret clearance is desired for pipeline positions; if the immediacy of the position becomes urgent, an Active Secret clearance will be required. * Must be able to manage difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
* Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance prior to start
