The Program Coordinator serves as the primary focal point within Mayvin on all matters pertaining to assigned contract vehicles and task orders.The Program Coordinator is responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks. This often requires managing teams of personnel multiple locations.
The Program Coordinator must meet the minimum qualifications: * a Bachelor's degree, * 5 years of project management experience, including requirement gathering, design, implementation, and ongoing program management * Top Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications for the Program Coordinator include: * 5 years of experience and knowledge of defense and security policy and operations, * 5 years of experience serving in a U.S, defense institution, either as a military officer or as a Department of Defense civilian * 5 -9 years of management experience, leading multi-disciplined teams of analysts, and other personnel; * 5 years of experience planning, designing and implementing assessment, monitoring and evaluation programs or projects in the security sector for a national organization, an NGO/IGO, the UN, or private industry; * 10 or more years of experience as a military officer or civilian in the security sector for a department, agency or bureau of the U.S. government, to include experience and knowledge of defense policy and operations; * 10 or more years of executive-level management experience, leading multi-disciplined teams of analysts, and other personnel; * 5 years of senior level organizational project management experience, including requirement gathering, design, implementation, and ongoing program management * 10 years of experience planning, designing and implementing assessment, monitoring and evaluation programs or projects in the security sector for a department, agency or bureau of the US government, a national organization, an NGO/IGO, the UN, or private industry, * five years of experience developing assessment and evaluation strategies; designing tools for data collection such as survey instruments, data collection and reporting tools, analyzing the resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods; * five years of experience producing written reports and developing platforms to present monitoring data such as dashboards or other updateable graphic presentations of data, and conducting, analyzing, presenting and incorporating program and activity evaluations. * DoD Top Secret clearance
