Manage all Army Reserve voice communications circuits and infrastructure, as well as manage transition of voice communications services from the current contract service provider. The contractor shall assume responsibility for all Army Reserve voice communications infrastructure (switches, PBXs, handsets, premise wiring, etc.), and provide life-cycle sustainment and maintenance for the duration of the contract. Act as the Army Reserve’s agent in procuring, provisioning, and otherwise receiving voice communications support. Assume responsibility for all voice communications infrastructure equipment and provide for life-cycle sustainment and maintenance. Actively manage all Army Reserve voice infrastructure, accounts, and lines.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).
•Experience shall include, at a minimum, five (5) years of IT support or technical environment with voice platforms experience; understanding of network issues; relevant voice experience (e.g. PBX, telephony); experience in LAN/network administration or systems administration in a relevant computing environment.
