Summary: The Junior/Intermediate Network Specialist will provide ongoing network support, addresses availability issues, overcomes performance problems and maintenance.

Trains users, maintains, creates and deletes user accounts
Maintains and updates system security plans on all platforms
Implements and coordinates network policies, procedures and standards
Enforces network security procedures

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
High School Diploma or GED required
3 + Years’ experience, to include;
3+ years’ experience with ARISTA (Cisco) data switching networks, network administration
3+ years’ experience with Windows Server Update Service
Experience with Software Defined Networking principles and protocols Openstack Neutron, APIC, Openflow, etc.
Experience with network automation and programming using tools/languages such as SED, AWK, Python, Perl, etc
Secret Clearance required
