Data Systems Analysts, Inc. has an opening for a SAP Consultant with a strong background using SAP High Performance Analytical Appliance's (HANA). The candidate will support financial integration efforts supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) customer located in Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.
The qualified candidate should have a deep understanding of SAP and data visualization/dashboard development in the DoD or Federal Government. The candidate will be looked upon to provide recommendations and guidance in the development and sustainment of SAP Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities integrating data from General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and other financial authoritative resources within the DoD. The candidate will provide innovative approaches to leveraging current and new SAP capabilities (i.e. Financial Accounting and Controlling, Supply Chain, Material Management – Logistics, Inventory Management (IM), Funds Management, Project Systems and BI). The candidate will train financial analysts in accordance with the commands audit readiness and audit compliance initiatives to includes reconciliation of GFEBS IDocs with Access Online (AXOL), Automated Time, Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS), Defense Civilian Pay Systems (DCPS), Defense Travel System (DTS), Integrated Automated Travel Systems (IATS), Standard Procurement Systems (SPS) / Procurement Desktop – Defense (PD2), LMP and GCSS-A.
Possess five (5) years of experience deploying Army SAP/ERP resources, preferably General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), or another DoD financial and resource management system
Possess four (4) years of experience developing and delivering post go-live GFEBS training/workshops, as well as three (3) years of experience in SAP/ ERP Central Component (ECC) 6.0 and Business Warehouse (6.0 or higher).
Possesses expert knowledge in two or more of the SAP modules below, as well as an ability to apply the Business Intelligence (BI) concepts within the modules using tools within the SAP.

The candidate shall possess comprehensive knowledge of software-driven business process improvement using SAP/ECC and BI, and will be able to leverage HANA use of real-time data to improve analytic solutions across the client Enterprise
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as a keen attention to detail. In addition, will be a motivated self-starter with the ability to perform duties and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Required Education and Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, as well as twelve (12) years of general experience and eight (8) years of relevant experience in a DoD acquisition program management office. If the candidate possesses a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (e.g., Business, Mathematics, etc.), they only need ten (10) years of general experience and six (6) years of relevant experience in a Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition program management office.
