DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the assigned staff (DIS HO) Assist the EXO in the monitoring of Tasker Tracker Enterprise to ensure completion of tasks assigned to DIS Assist the HSPMO in DIS projects portfolio tracking and management Deputize for higher grade staff (consistent with NCIA Support Services Contract provisions) Perform any other duties as may be required BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree required in order to get a work permit in Belgium. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. 5+ years of work experience At least 3 years of recent experience in administrative work Sound knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft office automation packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access or other database application), in the use of computer-based tools for project control and experience in maintaining an established web page Excellent command of spoken and written English, with a proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Ability to take initiative and a flexible approach allowing the incumbent to respond reliably and competently to changing requirements in a demanding environment Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to be responsive and sensitive to both external and internal customers and staff Must have a minimum of an active Secret or SC clearance.
