Description Versar will provide the Headquarters Air Force’s Directorate of Civil Engineers (AF/A4C) Civil Engineering (CE) support while assisting in modernizing and recapitalizing installation infrastructure, protecting installation from mission degradation, and executing sustainment programs. The position requires coordination, consolidation, development, and maintaining course curriculum and training documents (e.g. Course Materials, presentations, training records, etc.); action plan(s) recommendations; task and inquiry responses; and issue resolution action plan(s) under AF/A4C program management oversight. Manage AFIT Housing program course funds under AF/A4C program management oversight and assist AFIT, AFIMSC and AF/A4C leadership to forecast, plan and program budget requirements. Provide program consulting services to AF CEs in the field as available (CONUS and OCONUS). Manage program reviews at various levels and developing funding requirements and recommendations. Instruct AFIT HM courses.
Requirements BA/MS 7 years

Applies appropriate management analysis processes, modeling and simulation tools, and technical techniques to provide the services required.

Employs process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conducting process modernization projects.

Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer.

Coordinates multiple project teams to ensure enterprise wide integration of management efforts.

Provides daily supervision and direction to personnel performing management analysis tasking.
