HELP DESK SPECIALIST
Functional Responsibility: Provides troubleshooting support to a user community employing computer systems and networks. Diagnoses problems and provides applicable remedies. May serve as a team leader in operations
Minimum Experience: Experienced in computer hardware and software systems. Minimum two (2) years’ experience. A+ certification or equivalent may be substituted for experience. Understands how programs use computer hardware. May serve as a shift supervisor or lead diagnostician.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree.
