The Mid-level Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating/organizing project transition activities to ensure projects are completed on time with guidance from the Senior Acquisition Team Lead. This candidate will serve as a team member assigned to a program and will coordinate project delivery including defining project scope, specifying deliverables, creating project plans and tracking project changes. This candidate will maintain regular communications with team and government stakeholders to ensure appropriate steps are taken to resolve issues which may impede progress or compromise project objectives, along with supporting the creation of all deliverables required by contract for the project.
Current SECRET security clearance (re-investigation within last 5 years) is a must, TS/SCI desired
Minimum three (3) years' experience in Program scheduling for a Government Acquisition Program Office OR combined three years' experience in two or more of the following areas:
Microsoft Project scheduling tools to include critical path analysis, Program Scheduling in support of Government Program/Contracts Management, Integrated Master Scheduling development and management, Scheduling Analysis
3 years of this experience in direct support to a Navy or DoD agency performing systems acquisition.
Experience in drafting Navy or DoD procurement request packages.
DAWIA Level II in program management or similar. (e.g. PMP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and ADOBE Acrobat
