Designs, implements and maintains moderately complex databases, access methods, access time, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and security, documentation and statistical methods. Maintains database dictionaries, monitors standards and procedures and integration of systems through database design.

Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments which are broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Has the ability to apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.


Associate's Degree or higher and/or 5-15 years

Required Skills:   Oracle 12g DBA / Data Architect (certification preferred)
Data modeling / database design / data warehousing / SQL / optimization

Ability to learn new tools

Desired:   Siebel Development; Oracle database with exposure to Siebel; as well as OBIEE, Informatica a plus.
Agile team experience
DHS/USCIS EOD preferred
