IAI is currently seeking a Software Project Manager for its Beavercreek, OH location. The project manager will be responsible for initiating, planning, monitoring and orchestrating a variety of intelligence-based R&D production and sustainment software projects with the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). The successful candidate will be a proven leader and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Duties include managing cost, schedule and performance of assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction. The project manager will organize, supervise, and, as needed, train on-/off-site engineers, scientists and analysts. The project manager will represent the company in a variety of forums and interact regularly with senior government personnel.
* Directs project activities on assigned task orders to meet customer requirements, including organizing and training team members and communicating with customers * Monitors delivered product and service quality through reviews, standups, retrospectives, technical interchange meetings, industry days and on-site visits with the customer * Manages budgets and work share on assigned task orders * Supports business development activities, including development and review of technical and cost proposals * Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested
* TS/SCI clearance eligibility * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or relevant technical field * Minimum of 5 years experience managing software teams * Minimum of 5 years software development experience * Experience with Agile software development practices * Experience in program/budget formulation, execution and analysis * Experience with writing proposals and participating in business capture activities
Desired Additional Qualifications:
* Master's Degree * Active TS clearance with SCI or SCI eligibility * NASIC and/or Air Force ISR experience * Familiarity with web application development * Familiarity with static and dynamic programming languages * Familiarity with data center provisioning and orchestration technology, including Docker and Mesos
Security Requirements: Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information to the Top Secret/SCI level
