Knowledge of the course map(s) for the course(s) that the personnel are supporting along with the ability to update the course maps as the courses evolve.
Ability to create and update the detailed schedule(s) for the course(s) that the personnel are supporting.
The ability to perform trend analysis of student performance and identify material in the courses that should be improved.
Support the development of or instruction of comprehensive, tactically relevant operational training, including the design, development, and implementation of training exercises and scenarios require to prepare students for operations.
Shall possess a Computer Science oriented Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) years of experience in development, testing, deployment, operations, training, or maintenance of Electrical/Electronic/Software systems. An additional three (3) years of experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree requirement for a total of eight (8) years of CNO experience. Shall demonstrate knowledge of commonly used software programs (Python, Ruby, and/or shell scripting). Shall demonstrate knowledge of creating and configuring virtual hosts and networking using VMware in support of developing real-world scenarios. Experience creating course content is required. Must have administration knowledge of setting up and maintaining common Unix Variant, and Windows Servers.

Clearance: Positions require a Top Secret security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of polygraph. Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.
