Sentar is currently seeking all levels of Network Exploitation Analysts to support a newly awarded government contract. Responsibilities include: * Evaluating target opportunities and strategizing activities against particular networks using all source data to understand and map target networks and assist in developing detailed exploitation and operations plans. * Utilize understanding of logical/physical IP core infrastructure, communication devices and how they connect to networks, and the traffic movements in a network. * Utilize understanding of principles and methods used by Requirements and Targeting to identify, collect, analyze process and disseminate information in accordance with established requirements and priorities; * Utilize understanding of and experience in the SIGINT disciplines of collection, target development, and tasking. * Actively analyzing and managing collection of projects, capabilities, policies and procedures. * Analyzing collection-related information to guide tasking, identify problems, and assist with collection management. * Recognizing essential elements of information to enable endpoint opportunities.
Qualifications * Must have an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph * Years of experience by level: + 3+ years (level 1) + 8+ years (level 2) + 12+ years (level 3) + 20+ years (level 4) * The ability to leverage capabilities to enhance access and target development. * The ability to task and retrieve collected information with accessible tools to maintain target and identify new collection opportunities * The capability to run basic DNI and DNR queries to answer specific questions with existing Agency tools. * An understanding of SIGINT collection. * Experience with target discovery and collection triage. * The ability to evaluate leads for tasking and to use appropriate tasking authorities.
* The ability to independently task across all authorities, maintaining compliance, without releaser, oversight officer or legal rejection/modification. * The ability to building analytics for more complex discovery and analysis tasks. * An understanding of multiple communications protocols and the ability to analyze technical data from collected information for new collection opportunities. * The ability to evaluate leads for tasking and the ability to use appropriate tasking authorities and assist in the creation of plans. * The ability to write justifications for prioritization. * The ability to run complex queries using a variety of different tools. * The ability to provide guidance to others on how to run better queries or use different tools or task selectors so as to take advantage of all available collection opportunities. * The ability to take advantage of new collection resources and to take initiative to review scripts/traffic from other streams of collection to look for leads or complimenting data to enhance overall story. * The ability to performs call chaining, work with language analysts to analyze importance of selectors, and tie them to targets of interest.
