Employer - How do I run a Resume Search?

The Resume Search provides a quick method of finding a candidate based on keywords the candidate used in his or her resume. You can also use Advanced Resume Search. Once you run a search, you can add that search to the Resume Retrievers.

To run a resume search

  1. Each of the fields can be left blank or unused.
  2. Indicate if you want to search for resumes posted at any time, or those posted within a specific time period.
  3. Identify keywords the candidate used in specific fields. (The advanced search can separate these.)
  4. Choose one or more geographic locations. (Use Ctrl-click to select multiple locations.)
  5. Click Search.
