Location: Washington DC Metro, Northern, VA
Clearance: TS/SCI with CI or Full Scope Polygraph
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree required, Masters Degree in Engineering preferred
Certifications Preferred: Professional Engineering License, AIA Certification, IFMA Certification
Years of Relevant Experience Required: Minimum of ten years of experience or five years experience if the candidate possesses a Masters Degree
Role: Facilities Project Manager
MKI Systems is looking for project managers to join our team supporting a US Intelligence Community facilities organization. Project Managers are responsible for “cradle to grave” management for new construction projects and renovation of existing office space. Specific duties include running internal and external working groups, working with customers to define requirements, developing cost and schedule plans, coordinating appropriate resources, and executing a successful project. Specific skills preferred include ability to effectively communicate with government customers, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the design or construction of facilities projects desired. Project Managers are needed for CONUS travel, OCONUS travel, and Washington DC Area projects
Experience using CAFM Systems is preferred.
