GLOTECH is a provider of information technology services and solutions to U.S. government agencies. We are seeking a Data Manager.
Qualifications: The successful applicant will be an experienced SAS programmer. They must be able to effectively produce and document requirement specifications, communicate project progress, determine time estimates, and report technical issues and their resolution to our Project Manager and the client. Responsibilities will include using SAS and best software development practices to support multiple projects, and may include learning emerging technologies.
Required: A Bachelor degree in a related field is required for this full-time, on-site position. At least 2 years SAS programming and database management experience required. Demonstrable knowledge of SAS,R, Stata, Excel and/or other statistical software packages is preferred. The candidate should possess the ability of working on multiple projects simultaneously and also have the flexibility of working both collaboratively and independently.
Desired: Experience with collecting survey data is preferred. Great interpersonal and communication skills are highly valued.
