Title: Help Desk Support Service Specialist Senior

Location: Fort Huachuca, AZ

Security Clearance Required - Secret

Certifications Required
A+

Education, Training, and Experience Required
HS or GED

2-4 years call center or service desk experience
Customer Relationship Management training
Basic ITIL incident Management training
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience using ITIL based processes

Technical Skills Required
Basic knowledge of Service Desk Operations
General knowledge of IT technologies to include Microsoft Office Word and Outlook applications
Knowledge of Service Desk support tools
Knowledge of Remedy ITSM product to include handling incidents and service requests
Technical Skills Preferred

Non-Technical Skills Required
Must have a professional attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to follow detailed incident handling procedures
Good oral and written communication skills
Duties and Job Responsibilities

Uses government provided tools to monitor all TNOSC managed devices for outages, performance issues and service degradation
Provides courteous, efficient telephone support
Provides support and maintenance of the enterprise hardware and software
Resolves Tier 1 incidents and/or elevates to the next level for resolution
