Job Responsibilities
Riverside Research's Education and Training Directorate has a full time opening in the Dayton area for Test and Evaluation Subject Matter Expert (T & E SME.) As the T&E SME, duties may include, but are not limited to planning, conducting, and integrating experimental design, test and evaluation, analysis, and technical support to assist acquisition programs.

The T&E SME requires an understanding of

• planning, coordinating, implementing, and managing highly complex projects and tasks throughout the FMC acquisition life cycle from requirements definitions through deployment.
• acquisition requirements process, strategies, and documentation in full support of acquisition programs.
• directing or conducting feasibility studies to analyze, evaluate, and determine practicality and adaptability of proposed solutions; determining and evaluating efficiency of adopted improvements to insure satisfactory progress and fulfillment of requirements IAW Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS).
• arbitrating technical discussions between senior users, government, and industry partners to resolve incompatibilities and build consensus for appropriate courses of action.


Qualifications
Required:

In order to qualify for this position, your resume must provide sufficient experience and/or education, knowledge, skills, and abilities, to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are being considered. The applicant must possess

• an in-depth knowledge of experimental design, analysis, application, and techniques.
• an in-depth knowledge and experience of weapon systems test and evaluation.
• T&E Level 3 or equivalent and 5 years experience with a major program (T&E CAP preferred, 10 years desired).
• 5 years of general acquisition experience (12 years desired with at least 2 years of program management experience).
• the ability to facilitate simultaneous collaboration with several acquisition programs in assisting T&E leads with developing the program’s test & evaluation master plan, execution of testing, and analysis of results.
• superior communications skills
• ability to mentor, coach, and lead other T&E professionals.
• the ability to use statistical software.

Resumes must demonstrate specialized experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities, to successfully perform the duties of the position.

Education: Candidate must have a technical Masters degree such as MS in statistics, operations research, or related discipline (PhD preferred)

Security Clearance: Must have or be able to obtain a Top Secret
