Candidate will be a fully integrated member of an Intelligence Branch focusing on current threat areas in the CENTCOM AOR. Candidate will analyze and produce finished all-source intelligence assessments on a broad range of substantive issues in all production formats. Issues may include but are not limited to counterterrorism, counterinsurgency, political and military leadership and decision-making of threat areas; geopolitical strategy and regional ambitions of target countries; military capabilities, strategy, doctrine and operational concepts. Analyst shall have strong background in leveraging the Collection Management process. Analysts shall be responsible for participation in collective estimative and interagency products and processes; and may be required to support crisis operations as required. This shall require in-depth focus on pre-operational indicators of threat warning and analysis of modus operandi; participation in expert system/modeling development on assigned groups and ability to conduct Intelligence Watch Operations. Multiple positions in Tampa, FL at various skill levels.
Required Education/Skills: 3+ years of military intelligence experience with a bachelor's degree in international affairs, intelligence studies or related subjects, preferably with emphasis in the Middle East, Africa, Europe or Asia. Must have recent experience in senior level intelligence research and analysis and fusion of multi-discipline intelligence information.
Desired Skills: Strong skills in written and oral English and excellent analytical ability, solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are also required. Experience using CT-AVRS, Analyst Notebook, Falconview, and ArcView, is highly desirable.
