Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators. Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products. Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources. Ancillary duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space.

Basic Requirements: This position requires a bachelor's degree and six years of related experience or 4 years of related experience with a master's degree. Candidate must currently posses an active TS/SCI w/polygraph clearance in order to be considered. The candidate must posses the following:
* Create, manage, and delete accounts, including following up with customers on their account status.
* Provide premier customer support including responding to customer's questions and issues, through over the phone and email support.
* Respond to any customer issues within the custom application, including troubleshooting, testing, and repairing corrupted data
* Add, maintain, and delete printers from an internal print server
* Maintain customers and groups in Active Directory
* Installing/loading operating system software
* Troubleshooting
* Maintaining the integrity of and configuring network components
* Implementing operating system enhancements that improve reliability and performance
* Experience providing system administration support for servers, and storage and networking components.
* Schedule and conduct group size custom application training sessions to local customers
* Provide desk-side and over the phone, custom application training assistance to local customers as needed.
* Manage and update the manual and online training tutorials
* Create and update support desk procedures
* Attend weekly project meetings
* Provide weekly status to TTO Manager
* Ability to troubleshoot in a quick manner and multitask
* Initiative to learn and the ability to learn quickly
* Exceptional customer skills and communication skills
* Basic knowledge of common applications (Office, Adobe, etc) * Ability to effectively interact with customers, management, developers, and system administrators on a daily basis.
* Experience in planning, developing, coordinating in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers.
* Preparing training materials
* Developing course content
* Developing training aids
* Updating lesson plans to meet new training requirements
