Systems Engineer:
Provide system engineering support on large-scale systems, major system elements, and/or interfacing systems. Provide overall system engineering expertise in the architecture, design, development, requirements analysis, data flow, network design and/or implementation or testing for the program. Analyze users requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architecture to develop system requirements specifications. Develop detailed system architecture and system design documentation. Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. Develop system configuration documentation, including detailed designs for capacity planning, security systems and disaster recovery. May perform engineering activities, including risk assessments and analyses of alternatives for a variety of system related issues and concerns. Interface with the following groups: software development, testing, integration, deployment, and sustainment.
Required:
Minimum five years as a Systems Engineer in a technical role.
Experience in the following operating systems: Red Hat, Linux, UNIX, Solaris, and Windows.
Experience with Linux, UNIX, Solaris, and Windows utilities and techniques to diagnose and correct performance bottlenecks.
Experience in the following:
o Design complex collection systems.
o Experience in the following operating systems: Red Hat, Linux, UNIX, Solaris, and Windows.
o Perform tradeoff studies.
o Analyze system performance.
o Reverse engineering and re-engineering.
o Leading analysis of system requirements and components.
o Performing system audits to ensure intended system functionality and operation and performance requirements are achieved.
o Performing system analysis.
Prior experience with Cloud Computing is highley desired.

Test Engineer:
Functional Responsibility: Perform software testing at all levels from unit (module) testing through all levels of software integration testing. Support the software configuration management process and understand all software components and their interface requirements. Develop test data and define test acceptance criteria. Provide system testing expertise including knowledge of Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and other test documentation, test plans, test methodologies, subsystem interface testing and software module testing. Assist in overseeing program testing. Interface with the following groups: software development, test, integration, deployment, and sustainment.
Required:
Minimum 10 years in testing through a full system development life cycle, including implementing test plans, test cases, and test processes.
Experience documenting test results for corrective actions, reports, and audits.
Experience testing systems from existing system and functional specifications.
Experience using automated test tools.
Experience analyzing test data, using configuration management tools, and testing applications.
Experience with some of the following:
Performance, load, and stress testing.
Data interface and data migration testing.
Security testing.
Code coverage tools.
Systems integration testing.
Web service and portals.
Database setup and administration.
Previous experience with Cloud Computing, cloud database, Restful interfaces, and ozone widget framework is highly desired.
