This is a non-personnel services contract to provide a Senior Building Information Modeling Consultant to develop a Building Information Model (BIM) of a medical facility on Oahu. It is a contractor position for a federal client, and Dunhill Personnel of Hawaii will be the employer of record.
This project is to create a record BIM model of a 21,340 SF medical building. Modeling will include all disciplines: architecture, structural, and MEP, and will be accomplished with Bentley BIM software.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years experience with Bentley BIM software. He or she should also have a minimum of one year experience with AEC CAD Standards. He or she shall have a minimum of one year experience with the USACE Bentley BIM Workspace. Previous experience working with the Corps of Engineers is desired.
This is a contract position for 560 hours, or approximately 3-1/2 months. We would need this individual to begin work as soon as possible.
