Provides procurement administration and support under the direction and guidance of an Acquisition Specialist. Must be familiar with the aspects of procurement life cycle activities (pre-award, award, post award). Supports Acquisition Specialist in providing services with the preparation and assembly of procurement, budget and contract files. Duties include but not limited to:
The Analyst will provide:
-Procurement administration and support
-Utilize procurement administration tools such as PRISM and Excel.
-Be knowledgeable in the aspects of procurement life cycle activities ( pre-award, award, post award)
-Provide tracking information and advice as to when follow-on actions are anticipated or required.
-Provide current status reports as well as copies of all executed contractual actions.
Requirements
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
Skill Required:
-B.S./B.A.
-2 years experience in Federal acquisitions
-Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. Former DHS/TSA clearances a plus.
Preferences 2+ yrs experience Employee Industry Category: Government Contractor
