Possess 1 year of training or experience in theories, principles and techniques of instruction for the development and evaluation for the Patriot Air Defense System, which includes detect, track & identify aircraft; correlate tracks; broadcast early warning information using FAAD/EO, AMDWS & HTU systems
Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent and Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC) prior to instructing students
At least 1 year prior experience providing service school instruction and facilitation in accordance with Systems Approach to Training (SAT)desired
Duties:
A 14E Patriot Fire Control Enhanced Operator/Maintainer Instructor will instruct on the technical aspects of the equipment and facilities required to conduct 14E Patriot Fire Control Enhanced Operator/Maintainer training, to include the task lists for the operation and maintenance of MOS specific equipment. 14E Instructors will evaluate students’ duty performance and certify their competence of the skills instructed within the course utilizing prescribed evaluation methods and performing analysis of training effectiveness. 14E Instructors also will review and recommend acceptance or revisions of a variety of publications pertaining to 14E Patriot Fire Control Enhanced Operator/Maintainer training.
