Description

This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) Customer.

Coordinates with government representatives and assists the NE CONUS Regional Service Center in maintaining technical and functional descriptive documentation, including messaging requirements and documentation supporting the Northrop Grumman Decision Agent products.

Provides maintenance and support for these products as well as moves/additions/changes as required, with correct patches and Field Engineering Notices as dictated by higher authority.

Provides installation, configuration management, monitoring, and day-to-day operational management and maintenance of the DA Clustered systems.

Responsible for responding to after hour trouble calls.

Required
Required Education:
Minimum Education Required: High School

Required Experience:
Decision Agent experience; MS Exchange Administrators experience; SANS experience; SQL experience; DODIIS Messaging experience.

Must have excellent oral, written, email, and IM communication skills.

Must be able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment.

Required Certifications:
CompTIA Security +

Excellent communication skills both internally at the team/management level, and externally with customers.

Ability to effectively multi-task and successfully manage multiple projects.

Technical experience in systems administration activities such as the isolation and resolution of complex hardware and software problems involving the application, the operating system, the hardware.

Experience with Tivoli Netcool event management products is preferred.
