Proposal Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the capture manger and proposal manager in the development of Federal proposals by overseeing the logistics and administrative aspects of proposal activities; provide desktop publishing, data coordination and create graphics for proposal efforts.
• Interface with a wide range of personnel to facilitate the efficient and effective development of the proposal.
• Support capture/proposal managers throughout the proposal process, including developing the proposal schedule, compliance matrix, formatting, participating in status and review meetings, monitoring progress of effort against the schedule, following up on action items, controlling document preparation and version control, and coordinating final packaging and delivery.
• Review solicitation and related documents, paying particular attention to formatting, administrative, and logistical requirements.
• Support the capture and proposal manager on each proposal effort and assist in helping to ensure that proposal submissions are compliant with RFP instructions.
• Work with proposal manager to maximize reuse materials in proposals and add meaningful reuse materials to the proposal library.
Education Experience and skills:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Five (5) years of overall experience, with two (2) years of proposal experience, preferably in the Federal sector.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight time frames, including nights and weekends if necessary.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
Additional Information:
• A Secret Level Clearance is required.
