Insight Technology Solutions, Inc., is seeking Roll Out Technicians for a hardware refresh project in support of The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) in Cleveland. This will be a six month project in its entirety, beginning in March of 2012. The following is a breakdown of the desired skills and qualifications for interested candidates:
We are looking for candidates that are experienced in the following:
• Installation of New PC's or Laptop Computers
• Installation of OS's and Or Re-Imaging Hard drives
• Ensuring printers, network and or local printers are re-assigned to correct users
• Verifying operation capabilities; access to the internet/intranet, and e-mail
• E-mail and data migration
Desired Skills:
• A+ Certification or Higher
Basic Qualifications:
• Currently hold a Minimum of a Secret Security Clearance (and be eligible for a Top Secret)
• Must be capable of lifting up to 30 pounds of equipment, bending and kneeling
• Previous Help Desk or Technical Support experience.
• All candidates must have strong troubleshooting skills.
• All candidates must be US Citizens.
