Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Trainer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals located at Fort Meade, MD. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Cyber Intelligence Division/Essex business unit - A market leader which innovates a culture of creativity, investment, and teamwork to solve the Intelligence Community's toughest problems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The candidate will directly support the Program implementing coordinated efforts to teach users how to resolve technical issues. This will include the delivery of customized training and interaction based on customer needs as well as status tracking and reporting. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player that can easily learn how to use software and resolve issues from an end user's perspective.

* Bachelors degree and 9 years experience as a Trainer/Customer Outreach Specialist, to include but not limited to:
* Specialized understanding and training of resolution to technical issues encountered by customer.
* Previous experience doing user outreach or training - User training development and presentation.
* Ability to status, monitor, and communicate efforts to leads customer interfaces.
* Understanding of development processes and ability to learn new software and system functions.
* Ability to communicate issues encountered via customer interaction to the development and customer teams to enhance system's functionality.
* Self starter and team player.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills.
* Position requires a current TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Clearance.
