Northrop Grumman Marine Systems specializes in the development; manufacturing, assembly and testing of missile launching and handling systems for submarines. Successful candidate will have a minimum 3-5 years of solid experience using Pro Engineer, piping and cabling module experience along with sheet metal/enclosure/fixtures design. Detailing and modeling of components through the assembling of 3D models is required. Coordinates activities with Design Lead in accordance with program schedule and budget. Capable of producing 3D design models using Pro/Engineer Wildfire and fully detailed drawings with geometric tolerances per ASME standard. Experience with Optics and Lasers a plus. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering is required with 3-5 years of experience. Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a DOD secret security clearance.
